my tire valve was ripped off my car in the wash and the site manager Jesse went above and beyond to accommodate me and help resolve the issue. Great team here and would highly recommend!
Being from Los Angeles I usually pay $14.99 and the car looks like it has been detailed when its done, they even apply tire dressing :)
We took two cars on Sunday July 30. Have not been there since the system was redesigned. For 15$ we received a very mediocre exterior wash. They no longer clean inside of car or even the windows. Nor do they hand dry the car. Also, the wheels were almost a dirty as they were before the wash. Spent the afternoon cleaning the cars at home. Never again.
We would have settled for half the price of the tire but to no avail.
Won't be coming back.
Tire had what appeared to be a puncture on the inside side wall. Manager was polite but denied any responsibility and suggested to husband that I had jumped a curb and didn't tell him about it. That did not happen!
This location has a very friendly staff and management. The staff is eager to help with any questions or concerns you have. The car wash itself is the best around, my car always comes out perfect! Their free, self-serve vacuums are very strong and thoughtfully designed. I spent the extra few dollars to pay for the wheel cleaning and my wheels came out awesome! Highly recommend.
Very unsatisfactory. As I left the car wash, the sensor came on indicating under inflation. Drove to a near by gas station and had the drivers side front tire filled. By the time I got home it was clear the tire was loosing air. Since it was late in the day husband said he'd take care of it in the morning. Next morning the tire was comepelty flat and would not hold any air. Husband put on the spare and took the tire and the receipt back to the car wash.
They have video of everything you do at this place from using the vacuums to the car going through the wash. Very Big Brother. They scrolled through the video quickly, claimed nothing was out of the ordinary & denied responsibility.
UPDATE: CHECK YOUR CARD STATEMENT, I WAS CHARGED $13 FOR THEIR $3 WASH
Never going there again and will warn others against going there.
Most expensive car wash I have ever been to, $27.99 for their full service wash and they did not even apply tire dressing. There were a lot of spots that were not cleaned inside the car also.
